UnityofSaints: 1600 - 1714SUS - Not the best chip, only about 5.1 Ghz on CB15, can't do 5.3 Ghz CPU-Z or SP1M. Two long LN2 sessions and one SS session so I've definitely maxed this one. 1600x - 1723PGT - 5.3 Ghz GPUpi 1B, haven't run anything much else as this was only a short session. Looks like an average to good chip from SS results. 1700 - 1730SUS - absolutely golden chip, only beaten by ES and a handful of the best 1800x CPUs. 5.45 Ghz+ SP32M all day long, 5.3 Ghz + in CB15. 5.6 Ghz CPU-Z. Weak IMC that struggles to complete x265 4K cold. 1700 - 1733SUS - bought to replace chip above ^^. Cold results incoming 1700x - 1709PGT - worst Ryzen I've ever thrown LN2 onto. Couldn't do 5 Ghz in multithreaded benches. SS post-testing confirms it's weak in single-threaded as well. 1800x - 1743SUS (same as @niobium615's 1700x below) - my best 1st gen Ryzen. 5.4 GHz CB15, 5.5 GHz singlethreaded although that's not maxed. 1920x - 1730SUS - 5.4 GHz validation, 5.3ish GPUpi 1B around -160 C with a bad mount. Didn't go fullpot, will have to retry with different volts. 1950x - 1727SUT - only 4.1 GHz on chiller, good IMCs going up to at least 3866. Niobium615: 1700X - 1743SUS - Good for ~5.35 GPUPi 1B and 5.24 R15 on LN2. Able to do just shy of 5.4GHz for 32M on a random core(haven't binned to find the best core(s) on the chip yet). NOMS: R5 1600X - 1713SUS - WC (Custom Loop) Cinebench R15 @ 4125MHz 1.52V and 5.05GHz 1.72V @ -150ºC using a ASUS Prime B350-Plus for this same benchmark. 3800C12 RAM. RIP. 2600x - 1730SUS - majority of my LN2 results are on this, clocks similar to the chip above (maybe slightly worse IMC?). RIP. unityofsaints Posted February 22, 2018 Posted February 22, 2018 (edited) Some subzero results (more to be added): 1600 - 1714SUS - Not the best chip, only about 5.1 Ghz on CB15, can't do 5.3 Ghz CPU-Z or SP1M. Two long LN2 sessions and one SS session so I've definitely maxed this one. 1600 - 1730SUS - Did 5.4 GHz CPU-Z very easily, 5.2 GHz+ for multicore stuff, not tested extensively. 1700 - 1733SUS - Awful, can't do 5.2 GHz CPU-Z. 1700x - 1709PGT - worst Ryzen I've ever thrown LN2 onto. 2600 - 1805SUS - Not as good as either 2600X, 5.5ish CB15 and 5.65 hard limit on the best core according to Ryzen Master. 2600x - 1809SUS - this chip died pretty early but it did 5.55 GHz pretty easy, along with 3800C12 RAM. RIP. 2600x - 1730SUS - majority of my LN2 results are on this, clocks similar to the chip above (maybe slightly worse IMC?). RIP. 2700x - 1817SUS - 5.7 - 5.8 GHz singlethreaded @ 1.7 Vcore. 3933 or better RAM. 2700x - 1803SUS - very weak on LN2 2700x - 1906PGT - can't even validate 5.7 GHz on 1.9 Vcore. 1920x - 1730SUS - 5.4 GHz validation, 5.3ish GPUpi 1B around -160 C with a bad mount. Didn't go fullpot, will have to retry with different volts. 1950x - 1727SUT - only 4.4 GHz on chiller, good IMCs going up to at least 3866. One observation I have is that these chips clock in order of production week. Edited July 30, 2019 by unityofsaints 3 Quote
niobium615 Posted February 22, 2018 Posted February 22, 2018 If unity's throwing up results, I might as well too I suppose: 1700X - 1743SUS - Good for ~5.35 GPUPi 1B and 5.24 R15 on LN2. Able to do just shy of 5.4GHz for 32M on a random core(haven't binned to find the best core(s) on the chip yet). 3 Quote

Now Im thinking, how to get WinXP to X370/X470 chipset. @chew* already talked about XP on X370 here, apparently it's slower than Windows 7: Do you still have the ability to edit the original post? Looks like the move to the new forum screwed things up, I can keep editing my reply to add chips but I'm not sure people will see it. Collecting all the batches etc. in the original post (or a link to a spreadsheet there) would make things less messy, what do you think? Edited June 20, 2018 by unityofsaints Quote
unityofsaints Posted July 27, 2018 Posted July 27, 2018 I'd just like to give this thread a bump since I keep editing my post above but that doesn't register as a new reply. Folks, add your batches please! The more info we have, the better we can judge whether a certain chip will be worth buying. Quote
flanker Posted August 6, 2018 Author Posted August 6, 2018 first post updated, tomorrow Il add more data about batchs Quote
chispy Posted September 12, 2018 Posted September 12, 2018 (edited) I will post my share of the samples i have binned with me so far: 1. Ryzen 1700x - UA1707SUT = 4025Mhz at 1.35v custom h2o loop cbr15 very good cpu, great imc ddr4- 3533Mhz+ stable ( This is the best out of five 1700x cpus i binned last year when they first came out , unfortunately i did not wrote down the batch number of the other 4 cpus and were sold quickly a long time ago ). - http://hwbot.org/submission/3503880_chispy_gpupi_for_cpu___1b_ryzen_7_1700x_3min_4sec_532ms 2. I kept this one and the other one is inside this PC my 24/7 daily driver and will post the batch number once i change the water block on it so that i can take a look and write it down. Ryzen 2400G - Awaiting for a new fresh cpu to arrive will post batch later once it's here and i tested. Tested and try to bin 1700 cpus but the 3 samples i tried were Lemons/Potatoes cpus Weird , how come two cpus from the same batch differ so much on the cpu clock , imc and igpu ???
