Wow Vivi, one of your cpus? 5,5 GHz 32m on air is crazy nice :D I've had chips maxing out 32m at 5.6-5.7 on single stage lol.

one of my new ones yes! ill hhunt my suppliers monday to see if they have more of this batch. its gold supreme, already did 6.7 4c 8t but i ran out of BCLK on this crappy mpower, wil probly be 1m at 7ghz thats the dream :P.

k404 made me feel the same way ^^

Don't kill it, change mobo quick ;)

1.3 volt for 32m is a good cpu.

I agree, my first cpu couldn't even do 5GHz no matter what voltage, and only managed 5.3GHz under dice for 3dmark06.

But 1.3v looks noob if you compare it against the 1.13v and 1.2v ones Vivi found, he's just so lucky with cpu's lol! :D

We will hopefully test these cpu's under ln2 within next few weeks...

So I ran this 3251B562 chip under LN2...

Please note that this was my first time ever I used LN2 lol! :D

Used bad thermal paste, and also frequency wouldn't scale with lower temps, then I saw the pot was slightly unmounted to one side, had further trouble with GPU when trying to run AM3. Only had 3 liters LN2 so couldn't do much...

Will give it another go next week and do some 3D with it.

this is not so good compared to the air results of this batch.

take care of your mount and chip and try again.

lower temps ? what temps were you at?

at 105+ bclk you should go for full pot

I agree, not very good compared to the air testing, I expected at least 6.6GHz

My temps were at about -160 degrees, will certainly try again next time when I have more than 3 Liters of LN2 lol!

I still have a lot to learn, so thanx for the help :)

no problem it is good for begining.

my first ln2 benching was weak too, board froze in 15 mins lol.

I see you at least not pumped 2v in that cpu for the first time which is good. It seems you have the skill to feel when to stop. It is good.

Next time, make a proper contact with the cpu ( cross tighten the screews of your pot, hard enough that you cant twist the pot with force ) use a good thermal paste, pull down to -190°C on the pot then you can go for 6600mhz im sure.

Got another CPU - Batch L248C112

Didn't try 2c/2t but should be close to the other two I posted.

Also switched to Gigabyte Z77X-UD3H from Asus M5F after few dead CPU's after only very short cold sessions. As soon as I tested the frequency of the CPU's they died before I were able to run benchmarks. If this continues to happen with this mobo also I'll just get Haswell :D
