So now I get 5.6 points for 34th place in 3D06. but only .1 points for 7th PlaceVantage and 2.2 points for 8th place Where's the logic in the new point scaling? I don't see it. Can someone please explain this to me?

The Gulftown has 3 frequencies (2.4 GHz / 3.07 GHz and will be released to 3.33 Ghz), all are classified as i7980X? It will be a new category for Gulftown to wPrime, or The Global points will be together with the i7? If you post results before the processor is released, the points that I will not be added now. Do i have to post them again after the launch, or they will automatically scoring points after being added? Thanks for all

Have you guys ever witnessed a bug in wPrime? I only ask because I was working out my eff in wPrime 32M when I noticed that in order to match Hicookie's result on the i5 750, I would need 100MHz more than what he ran at. So I compared the other top 10 results, and his is the only one way out of line: The #s on the graph represent the difference in (hundredths of a second) between the actual time posted, and the theoretical time based on the average eff. For reference see columns D & F. average eff = 30484.59 divided by Hicookie's time of 5.74s = 5311MHz...110MHz higher than what he was running. I'm not posting this to question Hicookie's score …

Looks like this is another page with many members posting times that should show points earned, but the points aren't showing: http://www.hwbot.org/listResults.do?cpuModelId=550&applicationId=3&filterUser=true&filterBlocked=true&limit=100 What's up with that? See # 5, 10, 20 for example.

hi guys i had some points taken form a 06 score first someone reported i wasnt at default resolution?? native res of this laptop was 1200x800 all i did was open 06 up and ran it and i guess 3d just selected that res . the reason for the points getting taken is "not run at default settings" due to "hardware limitations" if thats the case then thats banana lmao as other peeps have benched that laptop.... what should i do http://hwbot.org/compare.do?resultId=927660

Heya i benched a 7900GX2 some months ago. GPU-Z showed the card as 7950GX2 but its a 7900GX2 so i also took pictures of the card while benching: http://extreme.pcgameshardware.de/attachments/103564d1242504694-extremecooling-benchsession-biberach-600l-ln2-img_0100.jpg http://extreme.pcgameshardware.de/attachments/103574d1242504812-extremecooling-benchsession-biberach-600l-ln2-img_0111.jpg At this moment i couldn't attach it to the results because the feature was established few weeks later. You can also have a look on the default clocks. 7900GX2 (GPU/Memory): 500/605 7950GX2 (GPU/Memory): 500/600 And mine shows 500/605. The reported results: http:…

Im comparing some runs iv done in 3D06 and I really REALLY dont see how a couple guys have pulled the FPS they have in parts of 3D06, especially given their MHz. I dont know enough about MIP and D-PP to flag their results but i'd like to know... how do these cheats affect the 3DM06 sub-test scores? I dont want to say much about the categories users or scores. I dont want to risk tainting any replies.... Cheers!

Just curious why no points were awarded for this entry even though it was included in the top five Super Pi 1M times for the AMD Sempron 64 2600+ Palermo? http://www.hwbot.org/result.do?resultId=549812 Are some entries allowed in the lists, but no eligible for points? Is this one of those?

Hi guys, sorry I might have hit wrong section As I understand the rules now..: For 3D benching, no sharring graphics For 2D benching, no sharring CPU BUT; I suggest a small add-on: For multi-card 3D benching, no sharring CPU. Obviously 2x HD4870X2, 3x HD5870, 2x HD5970 and other graphics is way too powerful to limit a benchmark ran at default (1024 or 1280), one needs an insanely fast chip to feed such powerful graphics.... Therefore CPU being the limitatition; I suggest its not allowed to share. Hope you guys like my suggestion! PS: Massman, you still have to change my title to DeusExP55 : - P

Hey guys, if you could shed a little light on whats going on here. System Specs: Evga X58 E759 (air) Intel Xeon 3570 (cold air Mehaharlem) 4.7ghz HT on HIS 5970 (cold air) 825/1127 Display Driver on HIS disk w/out CCC and using Afterburner to OC. WinXP SP3. No LOD or any other tweaks. Here was my progression of benchmarks: I see that the scores are much higher than everyone elses on a per clock basis but it continues to scale upwards with each increase of my clocks and is repeatable to the upteenth time. So is this a common type of bug? If you could explain in detail for my noob4life sake I'd appreciate it. thx.

http://www.hwbot.org/result.do?resultId=737411 WTF, I have never cheated and I never will. I feel no need to do this. One member reports this and no questions asked, just block the score ? Please rectify this. Thanks.

I assume it should go under 5970 multi card ? As 3x5970 or 2x5970? I figure 3 as thats how many total cards, then note it in the description and show in gpuz.
