When you go to "Browse Hardware" its easy to see that loads of benchmarks have been submitted giving false details. Not cheating but accidentally being wrong I guess. Users make mistakes when the choose "Processor Count" X2 for their dual cores and X4 for quad cores etc. I hope you can move or delete those submissions. Hey guys, was just wondering what software if any would allow my reference 4890 to overvolt past 1.35v, I seem to remember being able to set past 1.4v in the day but can't seem to remember what to use, afterburner is only letting me set 1.35v currently Thanks for your time. Hi everyone !! I am having problems with my system - ASUS P5K Premium\WI-FI with an X-Fi Elite Pro. The X-Fi is PCI Slot 3(the last), onboard sound is disabled. When I install the creative x-fi drivers(Creative X-Fi Audio Processor (WDM)) the computer immediately BSOD. If anybody has a Elite Pro working on the premium could you let me know what PCI slot it is in, BIOS options (e.g is PnP OS at yes or no). Or maybe i had the problem with the sound card ? For example : If i put creative audigy 4 i don`t have any problem. OS is Windows XP SP3 (clean install).

Hey all I've been struggling to get SLI running in XP using 300-series drivers. My install method is to manually point to the driver in the unpacked file, seeing as the drivers complain about having no net connection during automatic installation. The result of this install method is...... yup, no nVidia control panel. To get SLI, so I have to have an internet connection and run a full (normal) install? Thanks! K

I have a 60gb Vertex 2 drive, bought used and i used it for a couple of weeks for my bench table. Then it wasnt recognised anymore, tried 3 systems and nothing. Than I opened the drive up, and some kind of known smell of burnt electronics got in my nose. There is a burnt chip, on the chip there is U8AP 608 . Can i replace this chip, where could i buy it? Google gives me nothing. I can get a picture if that will help in any way. Thanks

Hi Overclockers I have a problem with 3-Way... 2700k, Asrock z77 WS (bios p1.50), MSi 580 LTG XE, 2x Seasonic 1000W Platinum (1st one gpu plus cpu and stuff...2nd two gpu) (SS-1000XP) by ADD2PSU-D rev2. Cards are in slot1,3 and 5 (manual) and when Im turning on SLi (NVCP - 344.65)...always are two in SLI (1 & 2...1 & 3...2 & 3). All 4 cards tested and working good. Only checked on Gen2 and Gen3 (gen 1 untested). Is it a problem with mb bios/drivers/system(8.1 Pro x64) or I need to change CPU (3770k) or check on other slots? This is my first time with 3/4 Way... Hey guys, I've found something really weird. When the laptop isn't plugged in, it will turbo to its max frequency of 2GHz, or 2.3GHz single threaded. When plugged in however, it will only go to its native speed of 1.4GHz. It used to go to 2GHz before though. I've not changed anything. The chip in question is an i5-2537M. It used to turbo to 2GHz in multithreaded apps before, but no more. Very weird. I've checked all power settings multiple times, reset the BIOS a number of times and also a fresh install of Windows to see what is up. I'm completely at a loss here.
