    Yeah realistically only had 9900K and 10980XE to test with. Didn't get to 3970X Threadripper last night

    Tried intel mainstream and HEDT. Did not notice any abnormal scaling when modifying BCLK

    yeah I don't see the point of CPU frequency limitation when the GPU is what is holding the bench back
