For the AMD side alone I would say knopflerbruce, as he has a whack of unreleased CPUs. Further than that I'm not sure - I think do some searching on HWBOT for really obscure hardware. People with one obscure item generally have others as well.

To the best of my knowledge only two were made - one got passed around various overclockers (I know where it is now, but I don't know that the owner wants that info made available to others) and the other kept at DFI. Was the gate count 18 million or 25 million for the Rampage? What was the Sage gate count? What was the die size for both chips? Very, very nice I've also got some voltage hungry TCCD - G.Skill that does around 320 MHz at 3.1 v and scales up to 350 MHz at 3.4x v
