HWBOT 2020 Make it great again Thread:
Thanks for opening the thread, Albrecht. First priority should be fixing all the bugs and adding Port Royal to the benchmark list. Then we should ask the community about their vote regarding the current benchmark list and the changes laid out in my thread. My take on some of the topics discussed in this thread and also on Discord: Please don't touch the current league system. There will always be dispute about this topic and I'm convinced we need to keep the leagues stable for a while. There should be no different algorithm to determine the total points of Elite league members compared to the other leagues. Regarding the cutoff percentage, I don't really care. I liked the change to the current system, because it made the system much more responsive, but if it can be changed without the server performance taking a dive, it's fine. Regarding competition points in the career ranking, I don't really care, however some competitions were awarded a bizarre amount of points in the past, so that should be looked at again. One more thing, I'm afraid the rankings of competitions aren't frozen, so if a member deletes his scores or even his account and he had scores ranked in, say, the Country Cup, his country might lose a rank and everyone else loses points in their career ranking. That needs to be checked before making any changes.

HWBot Team Cup design thread 2020
My ideas for last year's Team Cup that didn't make it in the competition: DDR: Maximum memory frequency with 2x1GB (but we had max memory frequency already last year, so not sure about this one) DDR2: some multithreaded benchmark on Pentium D (Smithfield and Presler) 3DMark 03 with GeForce 7x00 (and Wolfdale or Conroe core?) DDR3: 32M on Clarkdale Max BCLK on LGA1366

Benchmark Tweak Software - Broken links, plz go to Benchmark Tweak Software 2024 post
Exactly. I have an old version somewhere, but I guess most people who don't have it use Process Lasso for the same effect.

Guys, adding Port Royal is on the big and ever growing to-do-list. No need to complain every year. ?

Country CUP - Stage 14 design Poll
My vote is to keep FSU and allow both Titan Z and the Pro Duo (Fiji). I don't see that option reflected in the poll though.
