Vid on Haswell-E imho is useless, same 4.5 GHz @ voltage on air. all depends from CB and cpu itself regarding scaling   My golden USA cpu has vid 0.992v, does 4.5 ghz @ 1.275v and 5.8 GHz 4-Way Gen

edit:i have found these 5960x batches : L424979, 3423B529, 3424B585, L418C676.Are these crap?

My first 5820k

Batch: 3418C479

Quick test

Cinebench R11.5 4.5GHz @ ~1,3v @ water.

Over 4.5GHz the chip need a lot of voltage. No 5GHz boot with 1.5V

Batch 3427B244

VID: 0,992

Very high vid in my opinion!

But really good for low clock....please scale!

Dunno...needed 28L to figure out how it likes to be overclocked ... and I've had only 30L

Then it was pretty easy to run 5320 xtu and more...so...next weekend again
