CL3P20 Posted September 17, 2014 Posted September 17, 2014 just in regards to checking VID.. BIOS displays VID register from single core - if you wanted to check for lowest VID core.. you would have to check one-by-one with others disabled. It may be useful for finding core for high valids and such.. if you had a worse chip Quote
steponz Posted September 17, 2014 Posted September 17, 2014 Im not so sure thats correct. Doesn't really matter.. as long as chip can do low voltage R15.. Good indicator of a strong chip.. on all cores. Quote

Wizerty Posted October 8, 2014 Posted October 8, 2014 Some rules to find a good cpu while bining? Like haswell you need : good on air + scaling batch or bad on air can be good under cold ? When you bin cpu, did you push ring ? 3.5g, 3G or less ? I need to find the best for LN2, but I only have water to test it... 2x 341B238 (ES) 1x L418c675 1x 3413B921 (ES) Quote
