I.nfraR.ed Posted February 26, 2013 Posted February 26, 2013 Mine is running -120 or so, then the memory bugs out, I think. Quote
xxbassplayerxx Posted February 26, 2013 Posted February 26, 2013 Awesome. What mods did you need? I see that it has Voltera and I can raise it in AB. A few people have said it should not need more than ~1.40V, but I've seen mentions of OVP and OCP but I can't find these mods anywhere. Quote
der8auer Posted February 26, 2013 Posted February 26, 2013 (edited) No problem Got almost everything in my archive. OCP is actually the only thing you need. Solder a 50k vr parallel to the shown resistor and turn it to get a resulting resistance of 25k Edited February 26, 2013 by der8auer Quote
xxbassplayerxx Posted February 26, 2013 Posted February 26, 2013 Great! I'll get them all modded up tonight Dewar is at Airgas for pickup tomorrow after work. Quote
Massman Posted February 27, 2013 Author Posted February 27, 2013 Haha, pretty sure I made that Vmod picture. I recognise my very poor style of adding description text on the picture . Quote
xxbassplayerxx Posted February 27, 2013 Posted February 27, 2013 Do you think they'll clock well without the OCP mod? I messed up the first one (removed a tiny SMD resistor and can't solder it back). Quote

Could be Saved it few years ago. Do you think they'll clock well without the OCP mod? I messed up the first one (removed a tiny SMD resistor and can't solder it back). Happened to me aswell and had no influence on the result. Was a GTX260 tho. Quote
xxbassplayerxx Posted February 27, 2013 Posted February 27, 2013 That's the one that came off... but one of my coworkers here helped me solder it back Quote
reggiesanchez Posted March 1, 2013 Posted March 1, 2013 bass for this card I had better results with ocp value closer to 15k Quote
xxbassplayerxx Posted March 2, 2013 Posted March 2, 2013 I fan into Mem CB hard. First test was run at about -90°C and all worked well. The second run gave me a colored screen at the very end of nature. After that, I had tons of issues. What does OCP/OVP look like in these cards? Jut an immediate cut off or something else? Quote
mtech Posted March 3, 2013 Posted March 3, 2013 (edited) I have Leadtek GTX280 - no CBB/CB and no OCP/OVP issues up to 1.70V@1080. But it have a memory coldbug issue, so I have to downclock memory from 1300 (air/water) to 1150-1200 (LN2 -180C). No mods, Vgpu was controlled via RivaTuner. Edited March 3, 2013 by mtech Quote
