Massman Posted November 20, 2011 Posted November 20, 2011 The best advise I can give is to just get rid of Internet Explorer. It's probably the best advise anyone can give.
joshua7 Posted November 24, 2011 Posted November 24, 2011 Guys, I know quite a few people over here, in Hungary, who try to browse the main page, check submissions, view results and all that, but they just can't, because it is soooo sooooo slow. Many times the new pages don't load, we just get a blank page and no error messages. I have this issue as well. Whether it is IE or Firefox, it does not matter. The forum is fine on the other hand. Any ideas whether this is country specific or something?
joshua7 Posted November 24, 2011 Posted November 24, 2011 Hi Joshua7, Do they still experience this issue since we installed the improvements yesterday? Before the improvements I often had sluggish response from hwbot, but never ever a blank page. Don't know about them, but I know that I did even this afternoon. It is running fine now.
Crew Turrican Posted November 25, 2011 Crew Posted November 25, 2011 there are often bugs where dual cpu systems are in the single cpu rankings, even tough it says "2x cpu" on the submissions. i think we need a "bug ticket" for that as well.
Christian Ney Posted November 25, 2011 Author Posted November 25, 2011 Same for graphics cards, edition appears to work, but still ranked in the old ranking
Christian Ney Posted November 25, 2011 Author Posted November 25, 2011 (edited) For example, results are reported due to wrong amount ot cpu/vga selected. Then we edit those results, result is shown as edited right, but it stays in the old ranking, so for example, a 2x gpu submission is now ranked in the 1x gpu ranking Edited November 25, 2011 by Christian Ney Turrican's englich correction
Crew Turrican Posted November 25, 2011 Crew Posted November 25, 2011 ack, it's like christian said. btw. it's example ..and not showed but shown.
joshua7 Posted November 28, 2011 Posted November 28, 2011 (edited) Another problem is that recently (in the last ~2 weeks) when I hit 'Points' within my profile, I only get a blank screen. Regarding some other users it is the same, regarding others it works fine... Edited November 28, 2011 by joshua7
joshua7 Posted November 28, 2011 Posted November 28, 2011 (edited) Using Internet Explorer ? Tried IE and Firefox. edit: I see, thanks! Edited November 28, 2011 by joshua7
Massman Posted November 28, 2011 Posted November 28, 2011 Okay, I have the same when I try to load your profile. Added bug report to task list.
K404 Posted November 28, 2011 Posted November 28, 2011 Please can AM3 not be ranked in between 3D05 and 3D06. OMFG whoever made that pic can't spell tingling *sits in the corner of a darkened room, rocking back and forth*
Massman Posted November 30, 2011 Posted November 30, 2011 Tried IE and Firefox. edit: I see, thanks! Fixed BTW
K404 Posted December 15, 2011 Posted December 15, 2011 Gonna class this as a bug. If I navigate to a GPU category and select (e.g.) 2x SLI, then view the rankings for any of the benchmarks, it still includes a bunch of the single card results until I hit "2x" again in "number of cores" ......and the "mixed" rankings make NO obvious sense. e.g..... 1x 2x, 2x, 1x, 2x, 1x, 2x, 1x, 2x, 1x, 1x, 2x, 2x ??
IanCutress Posted December 17, 2011 Posted December 17, 2011 When you start a team, that person should automatically be made Team Captain.
IanCutress Posted December 17, 2011 Posted December 17, 2011 How about when only one person is left in a team? PS> I need to be made team captain of my team
Hondacity Posted December 18, 2011 Posted December 18, 2011 OMG team points changed dramatically.... any explanation?
Mr.Scott Posted December 18, 2011 Posted December 18, 2011 Team best no longer updates since the team point fix. Example below.
Mr.Scott Posted December 18, 2011 Posted December 18, 2011 It does update, it is just stored in a daily cache now. I argued with Massman about this, he thought you wouldn't notice or mind. Guess he was wrong I noticed, don't mind. As long as I know.
K404 Posted December 19, 2011 Posted December 19, 2011 Does this count as a bug? If I navigate to a 3D benchmark "front page," my "personal best" ranking is at hardware level, not global pic = 1000 words
K404 Posted December 23, 2011 Posted December 23, 2011 (edited) Another bug: the default ranking results for CPU benchmarks are for single-core CPUs. Also.... does there have to be a "front page" for benchmarks like SuperPi, Pifast etc when there's only one leaderboard anyway? Edited December 23, 2011 by K404
K404 Posted January 2, 2012 Posted January 2, 2012 oversight: The national rankings have "world" and "planet" mentioned for the country No.1 "The Fastest (League) Overclocker of the world " "The fastest overclocker on the planet."
