Asus Rampage IV - Huge problems with PCI-E and Mem stability ... 1866 MHz not working correctly ...

MSI GD65 8D - Not tested yet ...

Suggest you ensure you are on the latest EFI and properly setting up the system.

No samples here at all besides the Siler board... sigh... promises promises

What's the issue OBR with the 1866 divider ? I can boot up to 2400Mhz no issue, but I need whacky voltages 1.725 for 2400, 1.7 for 2133 to stabilise the rams... any lower and the setup does not post... hence why I don't want to test them rams with this board...

No probs. 1866 works fine here, too. :)

1866 works for me on the Intel board, but 2133 doesn't. It didn't on the DP67BG back last December either. Even tried their recommended sub-timings and voltages with no luck. Plugged the same sticks into a certain red and black board and they boot right up at rated speed & timings with only Vdimm set.

No enthusiast in his right mind would opt for the Intel board. This kind of issues have been in their boards for years now and it seems it's never getting fixed.

The same could be said of benching Bulldozer for anything other than CPUz :P
