bartx Posted July 17, 2013 Posted July 17, 2013 (edited) Hm, Can you go to "http://hwbot.org/profile/ > Recalculate points and achievements" and recalculate your points. This might fix the issue. Problem still appears. Today I submitted score - I should get +2 global points (23 instead 21 or sth like that). But i received 15 to my total count. Recalculation doesn't help at all. knopflerbruce Posted July 17, 2013 Posted July 17, 2013 None of these users are in Team PURE. They seem to belong to PC Games Hardware, must be a weird bug that causes this to happen. Quote
Dancop Posted July 25, 2013 Posted July 25, 2013 Hey guys, I have 1087 total points, since i did xtu, but still 1065 league point. Why aren't them changing after Recalculation as usual? Quote
Crew Strunkenbold Posted July 25, 2013 Crew Posted July 25, 2013 I see, good catch. I'll bring this up in tomorrow's meeting ... not sure why that happens. Did the catch had any update? Quote
Threedhero Posted July 26, 2013 Posted July 26, 2013 My score is not updating after submitting new benchmarks. I have done recalculate 3 times already with no update. Quote

Massman Posted July 27, 2013 Author Posted July 27, 2013 http://hwbot.org/submission/1026822 This should be one of them Seems to be fixed now. Problem still appears. Today I submitted score - I should get +2 global points (23 instead 21 or sth like that). But i received 15 to my total count. Recalculation doesn't help at all. Added to the buglist. The League Points seem to be bugged right now. There is probably an underlying issue causing this. None of these users are in Team PURE. They seem to belong to PC Games Hardware, must be a weird bug that causes this to happen. Issue seems to have resolved itself Did the catch had any update? Not yet. Included it as bug report in the backlog http://bugs.hwbot.org/browse/HWBOT-1213. My score is not updating after submitting new benchmarks. I have done recalculate 3 times already with no update. Score = league points or submission points? Quote
Threedhero Posted July 27, 2013 Posted July 27, 2013 Points earned League points: 639 in Overclockers League Team Power Points: 700.2 earned for the team (GTPP and: HTPP) Worldrecord: 0 earned with world records Global: 200.2 earned in benchmark rankings Hardware: 454.8 earned in hardware rankings competition: 1 earned in competitions Total Points: 656 points in total Here from my profile its says i have 639 League points and Total Points 656. Shouldn't the League Points be the same as Total points? Currently it also shows me ranked at 639 points not 656 points. I have tried recalculating 3 days in a row with no change. Quote
Crew Antinomy Posted July 29, 2013 Crew Posted July 29, 2013 Feature request: Result's comment notification Simple as it sounds - when someone comments your score, you get notified so the commenter doesn't have to wait months for a respond. Maybe make them like the achievement notification on the main page. Quote
Massman Posted July 29, 2013 Author Posted July 29, 2013 You should be getting an email everytime someone comments on a submission of yours. Don't you? Quote
Crew Antinomy Posted July 29, 2013 Crew Posted July 29, 2013 Oh. Well, I did get this one, O.K. stupid Gmail new interface. Promotions, right. Quote

Massman Posted July 30, 2013 Author Posted July 30, 2013 Oh, I see what you mean. That is a problem related to the usage of front-page and forum commenting. I'm not sure if there is an easy fix for that, but I'll add it to the backlog anyway. Quote
GENiEBEN Posted July 30, 2013 Posted July 30, 2013 ..before it opened the page with benchmark records for that cpu model. Quote

Black Cobra Posted August 26, 2013 Posted August 26, 2013 That was the complete error message. But thank you. Not my Screenshot was too big, i forgot to resize my System-Pics... Quote
knopflerbruce Posted August 27, 2013 Posted August 27, 2013 Perhaps it's a good idea to make the error message a bit more informative? Quote
I.nfraR.ed Posted September 2, 2013 Posted September 2, 2013 (edited) Looking at global AMD 1M rankings it doesn't show my best Phenom II X4 965 result. Instead, it shows an older result Edit: After recalculation of my points and achievements it now shows a third score, but still not the right one. Edited September 2, 2013 by I.nfraR.ed Quote
