Make sure the cpu is cooled really well and the vrm is as well. Also you will want the memory at lowest divider possible and your sata drive in ide mode. You can also try jumping up a bit as there are straps and holes in reference frequency. So 130 may not work but 135 magically does for example. -

I have for sale an i7 2600k hot (cold?) off the binning SS. Chip does 5.5 ghz in cb15 and 5.45 in x265 1080p at 1.55v. IMC is decent as well, can do the 2133 mem divider at up to 107.3 bclk for a little under 2300 mhz for benching in cb15. Looking for $110+ship (about $7 for small flat rate box) within the US, willing to look into international shipping as well. PM or comment if interested.

What is a good price for an i7 2600k that can do 5.5 ghz cb15 and 5.45 x265 1080p at 1.55v? Also can run 2133 divider at 107 bclk 1t without issue for mem.

So stupid question, has anyone tried to run the z77 chipset itself on dice or ln2? I mean I assume it wouldn't help bclk OC much at all if any, and it'd probably cold bug before the cpu. Does any one have any info on this? I kinda want to try it at least for the lulz, but if I know for example that it'll cold bug at -60c that'd be helpful going in.

would be very compelling for gamers and editors alike at those clocks, plus we can assume slight ipc increase as well as a much improved IMC hopefully.

I don't have anything that bad, but I also don't see any scaling past 1.55v and pll does nothing for me so I'm fairly certain I don't know how to sandy. Even on my 5.6 chip it was this way where 1.55v was plenty.

Just noticed it's doing it for 1080p preset as well. Is anyone else having issues for ranking that they'd like to pile on?

Can we fix the ranking for x265 4k 1core? I got bumped down to second even though nobody has actually beaten or matched my score yet, and it gives me the pts of second. It also has bumped everyone else down.
