I created a map to help overclockers find each other! I know there have to be other people in or around Chicago that want to meet up and bench and I'm sure there are other people thinking the same thing... Was that for this thread? Most competitions do not allow ES. Gigabyte competitions usually allow it.

There is apparently one floating around already. Not sure if it was around before the delid mate or not but someone linked to it on OCN. I'm conflicted here... it's awesome that 3D printing has made something so easy but I know Roman put a lot of work into this. @der8auer, what are your thoughts on the 3D printed one? I know it can't keep the same tolerances as yours but people have been having success with it. Are you upset that it's possibly taking your idea/potential customers or are you just happy that delidding is becoming safer/easier?

They probably had to do that to get the competition to rank correctly. We might just have to put up with it for the duration of the competition.

:celebration: Use cellophane tape (or whatever that heat-stopping tape is) over the capacitors in the socket. I didn't when I tried and they all popped off when I was removing the old socket.

You should be able to get even higher for 2D if you use QPI Slow Mode :celebration:

Ronaldo, I'm having trouble understanding what's going on here. Hopefully you can help me figure it out. Did you find a new tweak? Do you think the other top scores have been cheating?
