The wording of the "No" option is subjective while the "Yes" options aren't. It also fails to understand the 12 month rolling competitions schedule which was the basis of the Rev. 7 points system. So not only does this poll have a bias, the bias is also formed from an incorrect understanding of the facts. I'm just glad Yes is winning regardless.

Ok so competitions are dead, great. The opinions of multiple members asking for comp points to stay (with no one arguing the opposite) were really taken to heart then... meanwhile I'm first in Australia because I did some stuff in the last 27 days and the rest didn't - you couldn't make this garbage up ? -
Hi, The rankings suggest that simply no one bothered to run 5x or 6x GPU configurations for GPUpi until now: So I thought I could get an easy global first place ?However, when I submitted my result, this happened: As you can see, from a hardware perspective it is counted correctly as the only 5x result but from a global perspective it is counted in 4x for some reason. Can this be fixed? I really wonder how the existing 7x and 8x results work as expected.

The degree of participation in a comp increases with the no. of points awarded so I don't see it as a problem, at the same time if comps were to give a flat no. of pts multipled by the no. of stages that would work fine too imo. -

Yes, for points. Expecting people to do CC / TC "just for fun" is a little too much to ask, I would definitely think twice about them if there were no points because they cut so much into your regular benching time (which gives points). This is more effort to design the banner and change it ever year etc. and tbh I don't think people care too much about their profiles. World ranking (soon to be called "Career Ranking") is much more tangible.
