Yeah hypers, I was lucky to get these from robbo when he retired, they seem to scale well on volts....

Yeah mate they are quite good....still learning evey time I turn the pc on to bench myself....When I have ln2 again ill run this chip up again, it should do a least 6.4Ghz and bit better eff then this result What chips you running on your board mate?

Hey mate, I had the same problem but it only happen for me when I enable CPU core unlocked....when I disabled CPU core unlock the temp work in Windows with CPUid HW, this was with my 960t. I can't remember if it was the same for my 1090t

Not sure if I posted these in the thread before, Z97 4-5Ghz efficiency runs....I7 and Pentium run, from when I started on ivy, going forward on platforms, than going on previous legacy platforms I seem to learn little more then have to test new things out on previous platform...... Running the cl5 isn't any faster and isn't any slower, tho sometimes its not worth the extra stress as you could adjust something else that's more beneficial.

Yeah cache will be our problem with comp running 0c+ on water 30c+ temp my chip 960t hard to pass 3400 cache....my 1090t better cache but core weak as, no way near 4.5ghz lol. Might try buy chiller soon.....im sure if no limit on temp and cache boost we would easy see 13m

Tested a new 965 tonight, seems better core, NB and imc then my other 6.6Ghz chips....it runs close to 940-950 mem tight and 5350 core on my SS -35c.....will run it up on ln2 later
