Theoretically you can buy new socket with soldered ball and solder on MB but after that this MB is not for subzero better way is bus a new MB

You must try CPU under cold :D

Update bios over bios flesh back if you are not do that. If yes reflash bios after that reinstall OS you have problem with MEI drivers
