    I changed tthe P2 state setting and it's now working.

    my settings match that screen grab. So ThermSpy is working fine as far as forcing 3d clocks, but as soon as I open GPUPI, they revert to 2D mode 3.2, 3.3 and 3.2 legacy are all acting this way. I have no idea how to fix it.

    You know nothing Jon Snow. You don't like it, report it to the moderator, but like I said, go through every sub with a UL link and report those as well.

    Go through every sub in the rankings, they all have LOD, tess and AA modified. It has been that way a very long time. Pandora's box was opened when AMD put Tesselation modification into their driver GUI

    LOD and AA are allowed tweaks for all 3D benchmarks except Time Spy

    Anyone have any tips for getting 2080 Ti to go to 3D clocks for GPUPI? Single card and SLI are both staying at low power clocks despite OS settings to high performance.

    Heaven is all CPU, just like 3DM '01, '03 and '05 I'd rather see Catzilla 1440 or 4K reinstated since they at least scale with GPU clocks.

    CPU pot inside looks like normal manufacturing coloring, all of mine look like that as well.
