Epower, Vnb, Vtt, cap mod. Also, replaced all electrolytic capacitors, NB cooling and placed a sink on all elements worth cooling. Actually Vtt is completely useless. I have also tried a number of other mods ( Vagp, Vsb, Vpll) but some kill cpus quickly with almost no effect and some are useless. 8 dead and almost dead s370 boards since august 01 Binning and cooling are the key factors - voltages are not.

I'll try to push it further with a lower multiplier cpu in next few days - now I was limited by CPU. I can validate up to 225-226mhz with 1:1 3337 so far. Actually I expect the board is able to go up to 255-260mhz with proper cpu.

I had experience with chaintech mobo based on Pro266 - it has a little better performance but there were some problems - usb not working after 155mhz, CL2.5 only at high FSB. Also I was able to get to 190mhz only with aircooled NB, 195mhz with SS on NB (but the mount was bad). And these clocks were reachable with custom wpcredit profiles only. Another thing - you will need to make a choice of single-sided winbond carefully. Those working flawlessly on i865/s939 are not the best ones here. For P6S5AT I was trying to do smth like TurboPLL mod (here is the link http://www.benchit.kz/blogs/blog/terraraptor/859.html) but I had stability issues as realization was baaad.

Switch to different XP build. Sometimes even msdn .iso are different for me.

No, you won't be able to enable them in windows as bios first need to initialise them

Trodas, rage has a filltate of 250mpx/s (2 tmu x 125mhz). That means it can fill in 813 frames each second. So you are not right saying it's not possible to have more than 92fps. 255frames is believable for me as the card has an ability for that.
