The official Old School is Best School Round 5 thread.

So is it confirmed you cannot have >24h in pi32m? -
Not for low clock challenge!))

I took a part in OSIBS contest benching s370 in 3Dmark01 - just because I like the platform. I would never bench 01 otherwise with s370 in 2015. Actually team cups / country cups are quite specific and allow experiments you would never run (ram frequency with chipset that will not let you get top performance or top clocks etc). So it is better not associate your way to "enhance" team rankings and cups we already had here. To make it short - hwbot cups are made for fun, your approach will ruin any fun.
-
Is this a hobby or work? Why should one ask teammates buy and bench high-end if the team is for example built of students of one university? Are you sure those students are bad team?)
-
Don't see any sense in this - imho balance is here already. We have teamcups already and they are not that popular.

I guess it is a bug)) My good tusl2 stops at 142 with 2:3:1 with vnb 2.27 -

Thanks Piotr. However we buy what is available - haven't seen 3PTA ever listed locally for sale. -

Lol, it looks like my results are attracting comments in s370)) -

Max valid for this CPU is 1453mhz with 4:3. So it is either CPU or mobo limited. I just realized it was done with xoc=0, so probably 242 is doable -

trodas, this mem does not scale with voltage (probably 0.5v will gain you 1-2mhz). I don't think also that it would be possible to gain another 3-4mhz with another CPU - I may only hope 242.5-243 is possible as I'm not sure if it is a limit on Trc already (with Trc=7 mem goes up to 188-189mhz, so with Trc=9 the theoretical maximum is 241.7-243mhz). If the limit is Tras then it may go higher. Stermy57, you have great efficiency so I hope to see your results this winter let it be air only.
