GtiJason replied to Dancop's post in a topic in Skylake/Kaby Lake/Coffee Lake (-X) (Z170/Z270/Z370/X299) OCYes you are right on the A0 being called A1, but A2 is A2 as we've come to know it. A1 isn't really used on OC dimms as it's used mainly for ECC and OEM's- kicsipapucs - Celeron E3400 @ 5754.9MHz - 5754.87 mhz CPU Frequency

Pretty sure when he says "Cpu is the best i had on air," he means ambient testing. So could be an AIO, custom loop or Air cooler, but I doubt it. CPU is crazy good so it hardly matters- ROG Maximus XI APEX - NEW BIOS PROFILES & small guide

I heard someone during Steponz' 002 stream mention that there order went through using EDGE, only after trying all normal web browers- 4.8GHz 6700K
It was very hard to find a good cpu around launch when these ln2 binned cpu's from Roman appeared. That same cpu was bench stable at 5.0 @ 1.340 / 5.2 @ 1.465v non avx- 4.8GHz 6700K

GtiJason replied to Alex@ro's post in a topic in Skylake/Kaby Lake/Coffee Lake (-X) (Z170/Z270/Z370/X299) OCWhat bios are you trying to flash, post a link or pm me and I'll get it working for you. As for renaming in 7zip I'm not sure what you mean. All you have to do is if bios file is compressed is Right click with mouse go to Extract All and literally rename the file by clicking on it till blue ( or right click select "rename" ), the file extension will not be selected so go ahead and select the entire file and like Phobosq said rename to Creative .ROM or M9A.CAP " official M9A bios - M9A.CAP modded M9A/M10A bios - creative.rom" - ROG Maximus XI APEX - NEW BIOS PROFILES & small guide
