gradus Posted March 20, 2011 Posted March 20, 2011 Tried lower voltages? What about temps? tried lower pll, vcore. temps +40C air(bios), -20 SS(with small SS). Quote
Bullet1 Posted March 20, 2011 Posted March 20, 2011 Wierd. I know for contra-efect when going deeper in minus but -20C is sweet spot temp for most sb cpus. Are you using b2 or b3 version of ud4? And the latest bios for it? Quote
gradus Posted March 20, 2011 Posted March 20, 2011 b2, latest bios sux for air. i will try it for ss....i think i need change mobo))) Quote
Bullet1 Posted March 20, 2011 Posted March 20, 2011 b2, latest bios sux for air. i will try it for ss....i think i need change mobo))) That's for sure.. I don't like this board. I've B3 version and it's damn hard to work with it... Quote
Celeborn81 Posted March 20, 2011 Posted March 20, 2011 Hard to believe :eekSure you didn't forget to turn PLL overvoltage on or something? Nope, altho I eventually got vcore down to a stable 4.75v with pll set to 1.7v. Ah well, just bought another one, Batch L041B213T, will be back later with the results. Quote

Crew Vivi Posted March 25, 2011 Crew Posted March 25, 2011 nice vivi. how do you have done it to raise bclk in windows? with which program? Hey hamti, i used asus Turbo V. on motherboard P8P67. BUT IT WONT WORK unless you install the MEI driver... took me long to realize this >_< Quote
bubbahotep Posted March 25, 2011 Posted March 25, 2011 Hi, I took the liberty to convert the list in the first post into a google spreadsheet that anyone can edit. https://spreadsheets.google.com/ccc?key=0AomM1OP8WsDUdDd1VjNqU2Z6bW1LX0tqZVVndHBaU2c&hl=en&authkey=CIDij5kG maybe some one could add some analysis and graphs to it, so its easier to spot the best batches. cheers bubba Quote

Linuxfan Posted March 28, 2011 Posted March 28, 2011 Best CPU I've found so far from random untested ones... 3103B332 (Costa Rica) #4469 55x works Gigabyte UD3-B3 board on air http://hwbot.org/community/submission/2147345_linuxfan_3dmark03_geforce_gtx_570_131462_marks?new=true Massman; Could you put the batches that are from other factories and do not start with L0 all together in order either before or after the L0 list, instead of mixed up in there? Might be easier to look thorough. Quote
bubbahotep Posted March 28, 2011 Posted March 28, 2011 (edited) Hi, sorting the list massman posted in the first post, copy at google docs https://spreadsheets.google.com/ccc?key=0AomM1OP8WsDUdDd1VjNqU2Z6bW1LX0tqZVVndHBaU2c&hl=en&authkey=CIDij5kG by final Mhz, the results are all over the place. The spreadsheet is editable. so feel free to add your batch # and results! It seems that A and B batches get better results around 5500 Mhz and above. Also as the results are all over the place it seems stable results around 5500 could be more depended on the skill of the operator that on the wafer.. what are your thoughts ? cheers bubba Edited April 6, 2011 by bubbahotep Quote
bubbahotep Posted March 29, 2011 Posted March 29, 2011 Hi, Ive been running my 2600k at 5100 Mhz stable for a couple of days. L 0 44 B 441 #0681 CPU Voltage 1.5 (vcore in ai suite 1.52) Multi = 51 BCLK = 100 VRM+ at 75% PWM = extreme Phase = Extreme VRM fixed at 350 its impossible to determine the max 24/7 voltage using the forums. no body has a clue, so I guess we have to find out.
