Tweak-venetica-
so is the comp going to be highest clock freq in each class ? simple as that ?? or we going to use a bench like maxx mem ?
NoMS
thats only here or cpu-z 1.61 is bugged and doesn't detect fsb and memory clock (using DDR2 and GA-P35-DS3 board)? 1.60 works great, only 1.61 bugged...lol http://valid.canardpc.com/show_oc.php?id=2439862 EDIT: found this (http://hwbot.org/forum/showpost.php?p=185628&postcount=78) and now is all ok, let's start to bench Edited July 15, 2012 by NoMS

Luebke
the new version of cpu-z doesn´t work on DFI LANPARTY DK 790FXB old version give right values, the new version (just new downloaded) just gives trash values -.-
just_nuke_em
Better let ney know http://hwbot.org/forum/showthread.php?p=187334#post187334
Luebke
done. why can´t they just let the last two versions of cpu-z validateable? a team mate has already lost a 6,9 ghz result for his phenom II because they changed just a few days before the version and he couldn´t validate his files -.-
knopflerbruce
Ask him to send the file to Franck, he can upload it manually. At least he will if it's clear that it's not bugged.
aTomic
it's very stupid idea that we must attach screenschot to memory clock stage. Scores have always been done with f7 button and it's only fair.
TerraRaptor
you had only to read rules before. I rebenched my sdr result just beczuse of background and screenshot. Screen is needed to avoid old scores and I appreciate this.
I.nfraR.ed
Not entirely stupid. Rules are determined by the competition and you're not competing directly for hwbot rankings, you're competing in the "Team Cup". The "side effect" is that these scores also go into hwbot rankings. Yeah, you're sacrificing some MHz because of the screenshot, but you can always continue and make a highest possible validation (on the edge) just outside of the competition. Don't see how the screenshot rule is an obstacle for that. Just ease yourself and use one of the many lightweight screenshot captures, so you don't bother saving it with paint every time. Christian Ney
Sorry to be late guys, didn't have time this week-end to try debug CPU-Z on s370. But I took the rig with me, I am on it now. I will send all the stuff to CPUID as soon as possible. Hope we manage to do something EDIT: Done Edited August 14, 2012 by Christian Ney

d3mox
Which sdram will be the best? Mtec, infineon, spectek, silcom, twinmos, pqi, ncp? Which one? Is there anything else? My crucial mt16lsdt3264ag-133b1 can't beat 176mhz on 3.4v - tusl2-c Edited August 16, 2012 by d3mox
TerraRaptor
lottery. I have 2 similar ncp sticks with same chips/model number. One can do 2-2-2-7 170, another can do only 150 with the same timings. Look for tonicom pc150 and other bga sticks. Also try 3.95v on memory - some sticks may get boost.
