How is the performance compared to a 3770K? How many did you bin to find this one?

only 1 chip roman SRS Im sure there is better out there.

 

compared to 3770k it was way slower in threaded benchmarks but good in Pifast and 1m/32,

Interesting, why would it be slower than IVB?

Actually I expected it to be faster. Quad Memory and 2 MB more cache.

I think yes because we bench 4960x on full pot.

Fun fact, this was a retail chip I bought from Fry's (RIP) in Roseville and was totally 100% blind dumb luck it clocked this good.

Allen gave it the send it tune and the RVBE nom nom nomed and now it is in silicone heaven
