Hi all, just wanted to update my disk. Strangely I cannot enter this model: Samsung 830 Series SSD 256GB MZ-7PC256D My ranking page does only show up: 256GB Is this a bug or what do I have to fil in? I tried under series: 830 series 830 and the whole string above nothing helps.

Having problems when trying to upload am3 score. Getting: Unable to read Aquamark data file. Im getting this with all my saved AM3 scores and the result is the same. Known issue? EDIT: found out that the file was 0 kb, dont know why yet:(

Just a heads-up for anyone who has submissions that aren't getting points. There seems to be a bug in the engine that stops certain submissions from getting points. Hi all, MM Just wondered if it would be possible to get a screen up with country records. So I can see 1x GPU results for UK for all the 3D benchmarks, all the 2x, all the 3x. Make it like a hardware page, showing each benchmark, 1x 2x 3x etc, but instead of team record, show country record. Ta PS Would have been easy to sort out with an API

While I'm not a HWbot decision-maker, I would like to see what most of the overclockers think and want. Do we want the E.S. ( especially the CPUs ) to be allowed for submissions and points on HWbot ? Not allowed at all ? Allowed but in a separate "pro" league ? This poll is for everyone, not just extreme overclockers, so please everybody cast your vote.

Hello. Don't know if this has been discussed elsewehere but I've noticed that the image (very nice feature btw ) on some motherboards looks weird. Take this as example, I uploaded a picture of Crosshair III Sample image?

I suppose one of the problems is that the hardware/benchmark rankings at hwbot never finish. With any new tweak, any ranking could potentially be completely renewed.

This idea came up in another thread recently and I noticed some people were for it and some against, so figured it might be interesting to have a poll on this. Background With the 7970 being so powerful, its release had quite an effect on the rankings. The old-gend GTX580 used to be king of the hill, but even a stock-cooled 7970 can beat those scores now. The main issue is that availability isn't optimal around the globe and it sort of gives an unfair advantage to those who can buy one straight away at launch and those who don't. Actually the Validation Link is only mandatory for TOP20 Hall Of Fame of the whole ranking. As know as when the ''Number of cores'' filter is set to ''any'' when you browse the ranking. Should the validation link be mandatory also for the TOP 20 of each ranking ? For each ranking, it means for TOP20 1x GPU + TOP20 2x GPU + .... ~ at least 80 Validation Links are needed for the 3D/GPU ranking for exemple This is also applicable for the CPU ranking (PCMark).

Yep.... fewer big rankings Basically.... my thinking is that once the leaderboard is "saturated," it doesn't matter if there are 300 scores submitted, or 1000 or...... 10000- it's still 49.9 points. I would like to see fewer categories get maximum points, because (IMO,) it doesn't reflect the achievement for the guys taking gold in the MOST popular categories. Ideas: Only have maximum points for the single most popular piece of hardware in a hardware class: as broad as s478/775/1366? Or within a CPU series? Wolfdale, Nehalem? For GPU..... Why its allowed to have like specifications that they are running stock cooler.. but have pictures with LN2 cooling.. Because i run like 4.9Ghz on stock cooling have the pics and validation.. but if i filter search on stock cooling and people above me use LN2 but have stock put in the fields.. Just a heads up for hwbot staff... wprime 32/1024 have a ton of incorrect submissions, and I went through to report a bunch of them to help clean them up. Not trying to be a dick, just appeared no one is policing those rankings, and no one else probably ever looks at them. There are a ton more, I just didn't want to report them all.
