  1. Would also quickly like to touch on that, I've been a member for almost 10 years, but haven't done that many comps because I didn't have suitable hw, but they've never counted for what I considered the main ranking (league) and so I wasn't that fussed. Having a small number of then count in career isn't taking away anything, as previously they all ran out in 12 months anyway.
  2. Doesn't the AA settings being changed also count as modifying the benchmark settings? Haven't really done much modern 3D so will have to check.
  3. For those who are suggesting unlimited, you're also suggesting getting rid of the 12 month limit that comp points have (always?) had I assume? Also as a side note, the catching up thing doesn't completely work as the number of competitions has dropped and will continue to do so I feel compared to past years.
  4. They haven't existed for a while as far as I'm aware. In terms of yes/no yes easily won, just spread out over different options.
  5. Hwbot has always (as far as I'm aware) put a limit on the number of submissions that count towards your 'total', and removing that completely puts quantity over quality I feel. I feel career is still a valid term to use as it indicates the difference compared to seasonal, but still following the same idea of only the top x results count towards the total. But feel free to suggest an alternative. As a side note, comp points without losing them over time just unfairly helps those who have already done lots of comps, with things like novice nimbles and rookie rumbles happening very regularly as far as I'm aware with neither newer or older members being able to take part in those. But keeping the 12 month limit on comp points kind of goes against the idea of career ranking, which to me implies a more constant ranking where you don't need to be active all the time to do well.
  6. As mentioned already, at the moment the national and team ranks are based on your league. So it's saying you're the #1 ranked Enthusiast in France and in your team.
  7. 1m and wprime 32m rev7, pifast rev8. There were threads about benchmarks gaining/losing points
  8. Regardless of the outcome of this poll I agree the way points are allocated to competitions needs to be seriously looked at.
  9. Clearly some kind of bug I'll try to look into it/get it looked into. You should be first in Seasonal ranking if that's the case, and currently national/team rankings are done also by league, but I think this may change as I don't feel it's very intuitive.
  10. Great chip, now you just need to do what I need to do and improve the awful efficiency
  11. Overall looking good, some UI tweaks still needed but the only 'big' issue I can see so far is score comments seem to be not displaying/broken.
  12. The ranking on the left is for seasonal not career I believe. The interface needs some updates to make sense
  13. Welcome to modern nvidia cold gpupi, good for those with only SS/DI though :P Well done!
  14. When I said unrelated I meant the points given. Winning 50pts for a comp is a number pulled out of thin air which goes against how other points are calculated in my opinion. Removing points completely from comps, non Manu ones, would kill them. (And team/country as I don't think they'd be fine) Manu comps are done for prizes more than points in my opinion.
  15. One of the big issues (in my opinion) with competition points is choosing the values, whilst in theory hw/globals are all relative to a certain degree, competition points are completely unrelated.
  16. Because they still have the issue of being 'locked' points, and the bigger manufacturer ones are even more of a money pit than globals, which hwbot doesn't want to push too much. (in my opinion)
