gtxx58 - DDR2 SDRAM - 13022 MByte/sec. MaxxMem Read Bandwidth
TerraRaptor replied to M1RROR's topic in Result Discussions
your result is quite in line with others (mine included) so noone blames this is cheat or undoable - I even liked it :) I really like your clocks here. The bench itself sucks. While superpi gives 0.5% spread from from to run this buggy bench gives me +/-xx% difference with intel and +/-xxx% difference with AMD between runs. PS. I decided to skip benching maxmemm2 after review of the following results: 13263 - https://hwbot.org/submission/1020832_ageom_maxxmem_ddr2_sdram_916.6_marks/ 13447 - https://hwbot.org/submission/1022472_armannaddafi_maxxmem_ddr2_sdram_936.2_marks/ 13092 - https://hwbot.org/submission/939077_endea_maxxmem_ddr2_sdram_788.6_marks/ -

+100500. I was testing it with Am2 this weekend and get anything from 2500MB/s to 12000MB/s with same settings. No chance to get consistent results at all. -
Is Enthusiast League still any fun?
TerraRaptor replied to ADVenturePO's topic in League Discussions
@ADVenturePOFYI, there was (and still is) a community in Russia named COIE (club of independent enthusiasts) - although they were always a part of Russian oc forums and they were overclockers by all means they never benched "hwbot benchmarks". I.e. they were re-verifying performance results from different hw reviews, were checking performance impact of different settings in games etc. So why won't you just follow that way but come to hwbot that was always inspired by extreme guys and say guys with ambient cooling should get certain advantages? From my experience, my single stage gives me a maximum of +10% performance-wise to what I can get with air/water. LN2 may give me another 10% at the cost of much higher risk to kill hardware. Still, silicon lottery may kill the difference in cooling easily - recent results of suzuki with 4790k prove that easily (I was able to get quite the same results with random cpu @LN2 compared to his sweet cpu @ss). So why then not make a separate categories say "Cinebench R15 for those who binned 3 pcs and uses AIO" along with "Cinebench R15 for those who binned 2 pcs and uses Big Thaiphoon". In the end, any changes you ask for will be exploited and either you or another guy will blame hwbot again. -
Hi all. See subject. Kit of 2 is also an option.

I love gf7xxx so much and nice to see new top results with it. Besides, these cards are not cpu-bottlenecked since sandy bridge so this result is purely gpu oc dependant. -

you should also sumbit this to mem frequency - that is first place with fb-dimm -
up. If someone can point me to someone who may sell one let me know.

Back in 2012-2013 we were holding an oc competition @benchmark.kz (and agreed that team members won't get prizes and may take part only for reference only - all prizes go to newbies; not great prizes but still worth 100-150$ for first place). Guess what - nobody joined our team, just got their prizes and left. Overclocking as I understand it is about passion.

Hello, see subject. I have no idea what these may cost so PM me with offers. Shipment to US or Kazakhstan.

Sub zero (i.e. ss) is getting more and more expensive with latest gens of hardware - both my ss won't stand overclocked cpus (latest I tried was 5820K, which was at positives @5ghz full load) as they are tuned for 200-250W. I can just imagine how expensive a proper ss may be. And DI/LN2 are totally impractical (I can imagine ultimate gaming rig cooled by ss or chiller - but not cooled by ln2) and require expensive entry ticket (pots, dewar, thermometer).

6990, 7990, 295x2, radeon pro vega ii duo - seems every generation until now has some sorts of dual-gpu cards.
