Nearly as funny as your "Pretest not protest" comment. Considering the ones protesting are the ones not allowed to use their boards to pretest.

So there isn't going to be room for anyone but the 2 from each region who qualify, right? I thought last year's event was semi-open so was hoping this would be. I would have liked to atleast met everyone is all.

Oh well..

I am Officially, not participating.

Last year was pretty similar, it was just separate qualifier for each regions.

1 spot is will be randomly given to anybody who made it in the top 20 and did not qualify, 1 lucky spot for 12 people is not too bad.

Hmmm.... very few of these board available here :( we don't have the Gene in india so that just leaves me 1 board.. the hero :(

No Asrock at all.. The only 2 decent OC boards available in india right now are the Hero and the M8E :(

the Hero should be about the same as the Gene if not better. I can do a quick compare between the two this week/weekend for you if you like?

Update to OP:

Screenshot:

  • For XTU, CPU Frequency and Cache Frequency Monitoring during benchmark [15.10.15]

If the default 5mins is too short, make it 10 or 15.

okay so CPUZ mem stage, 2% for screen.....so at 4000mhz valid you can make screen at 3920mhz if I understand correctly?

CPU-Z 1.73 does not detect memory clocks/timings for me :) in the end I have a valid with no memory timings. :( 1.74 works OK.

Is it BIOS? I'm on Z170 OCF with 1.43V.

No, it's not the BIOS, it's because of your CPU.

OP updated.

CPU-Z version v1.74 allowed only in combination with an i3 Skylake CPU [02.11.15]

What about 3d Mark version? It says in requirements "â–»3DMark11 version must be 1.0.132" - I can't find it anywhere, definitely it's not the newest one.
