  1. What happened? All Mem frequency points are skewed badly.
  2. TR - We are old school. I could do the same thing, but we can not underestimate. Personal integrity means more to me anyway, just as it does for you I'm sure.
  3. Don't use those excuses. Nobody was competitive when they first started, and nobody spoon fed any tweaks. You have to figure out some stuff by yourself. If you're not willing to put the time in, it ain't for you. As far as expense, old hardware is a cheap learning experience, and you upgrade as you can afford it. Just like any other hobby.
  4. Quick question Why does HWB even support XTU anymore anyway? I mean, you get nothing from it. No Intel support, no monetary support, virtually no active members after their 1 sub, and nothing but questions from irate users that don't understand. HWB needs to separate themselves completely IMO, to move on.
  5. Another icon exiting the room. Sorry to see this Steli. Drop by W9 sometime.
  6. Can't have 2 versions of BM on the same drive.
  7. Only one way. No leagues sorted by cooling method. 2 leagues. Pro, and everybody else.
  8. Sad to see this. You will be missed.
  9. Seen it before. No idea what causes it. I know overkill likes a lot of memory though, if that helps you out.
  10. Nope. Air is air, water is water. Chilled is when you use a device to physically and artificially reduce the temp of your liquid. Could be anything from rad in ice bucket to full on water chiller. You'll find a few less scrupulous members here that totally lie about their method of cooling. There in nothing that can be done because there is no proof positive way to prove cooling method used during the bench. When in doubt, honesty is the best policy. You can always ask first.
  11. Cannot sub in DDR Alby. Says my Radeon HD3850 AGP is not an AMD/ATI card. Need an adjustment I presume.
  12. No dude, I know how to run the bench. As stated, my 3850 AGP runs it fine. If somebody else can verify the Nv situation, that would be great. Don't wait too long though. Here is the minimum requirements according to Unigine.
  13. For DDR, all Nvidia AGP cards are unsupported for the bench. Tried everything up to 7800 series, none will run the bench. HD 3850 AGP runs it fine. Minimum Nv card supported is 8xxx. No such AGP card exists. Yes, I know that there are PCI cards greater than 8xxx. Try to find one. Need to make a change here.
  14. I can tell you they were good boards, when you got a good one. They all suffered from Epox sudden death syndrome, and were just as temperamental as the DFI boards. Pretty much just as hard to find as an Ultra B right now.
  15. Expensive. Needs a re-cap badly. Pretty much all my Ultra B is good for is high FSB and SPI. I use other boards for everything else.
  16. What Alby said. ^^^^^ Good to see you around Kenny.
