TaPaKaH Posted May 10, 2015 Posted May 10, 2015 SuperSuperClocked = 1400 16-16-16. Impressive, what else can I say? Quote
Crew Trouffman Posted May 10, 2015 Crew Posted May 10, 2015 Rtsurfers : got proof ? I was expecting geil rebrand at first... Quote
rtsurfer Posted May 10, 2015 Posted May 10, 2015 These are on sale at Microcenter in the U.S http://www.microcenter.com/product/444421/16GB_DDR4-2800_%28PC4-22400%29_CL16_Desktop_Memory_Kit_%28Four_x_4GB_Memory_Modules%29 I have read multiple reports from people who went to buy them at the store & the employees told them that it was re branded Gskill. Ofcourse that isn't conclusive proof that its GSkill, but Sabishiihito bought some & said it was Hynix, which makes it more likely IMO. Anyways sent him a PM, hopefully he can post some kind of proof. Quote
Crew Trouffman Posted May 10, 2015 Crew Posted May 10, 2015 I tend to distrust everything a store employee say.... Quote
sabishiihito Posted May 10, 2015 Posted May 10, 2015 (edited) I returned mine but here are some pics that someone else took of his kit. The kit I had could do 3000C12: https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B6wjFk717lfHSVVwUjFCTkpjVU0/edit?usp=docslist_api Edited May 10, 2015 by sabishiihito Quote
rsnubje Posted May 12, 2015 Posted May 12, 2015 but Sabishiihito bought some & said it was Hynix, which makes it more likely IMO Hynix chips are used on 95% of the memory kits. How does it make it more likely it's G.Skill? Quote
rtsurfer Posted May 12, 2015 Posted May 12, 2015 Hynix chips are used on 95% of the memory kits. How does it make it more likely it's G.Skill? Not on DDR4. They are replacing them with Samsung, any & everywhere they can. Quote
