I'm really amused by how hardmods are considered 'the alternative' nowadays :D

Well, we now can see that whole world is going in wrong direction if hardmode is something "wow" for ppl.

Lots of ways to do this, start here (AB 2.2.4) since you have been trying ABX 2.2.3 This was from UnWinder 680 Lightning On 2.2.4 you may edit Lightning hardware profile files (.\Profiles\

Photoshop level +700

:D :D

not saying, just showing:)

your level of awesome sauce never fails to deliver Splave, you rock dude!

I think I just might have to pick up a GTX 680 Lightning. . .

@Splave

+549 to clock = 1555 Mhz ... is useless to 3DMark11.

Need + 1200 ;)

Agree :)

If I'm not mistaken, the default LN2 base GPU clock is 1Ghz, and the boost GPU clock around 1200Mhz.

So an offset clock setting of +549 would give us approx. 1550Mhz Base GPU clock, and around 1750Mhz GPU Boost clock. (CMIIW though)

*Still waiting for my ABX X_X *

i got in contact with the right people at MSI.. now its time watch the inbox :D

Amazing. You had your first ever GPU LN2 session a week ago and you might have access to extreme AB faster than some of the Pros.

AB Extreme can go to 1555, and is fact.

Is not enough to beat HD 7970 in 3DMark11...

your math is wrong my friend, 1200 is default clock 1250 is default boost clock +550 is higher then 1555 ;) and perhaps another program can set clocks higher

This is just beta software to iron the kinks out...

I have a pretty good iron if you need some help getting rid of those kinks

just saying :D

Some of you may not have noticed that when you compare the clocks on stock vs ln2 bios, the ln2 one gets higher scores on lower clocks, meaning it doesn't clock back where the stock bios does, and also other vendor's card's. All to do with the unlocked protections etc.

[EDIT] Here are 2 screenshots for comparison. CPU is running @ 4.8GHz in both screenshots.

It does, but not with these drivers so far i've seen, tested enough cards with them for now ;)

You can do the same clock with the ln2 bios and normal bios?? probaly not :P

No, the LN2 bios doesn't run on the clocks I can get on the standard bios. The 2 screenshots I posted are max of both biosses.

this comparison is no good dude.

You can't compare drivers or bios with the memory @ 1066 vs LN2 @ 1200

use the same system settings for both tests and then see if the boost is that big.
