Hi to all, How long would it take a submission to be scored? I have experienced before of submissions that did not take more than 5 minutes to be scored. A particular one that have scored high according to reports but no points it issue yet. Why is that? It has been 6 hours no score yet. Is it that normal? I want to clarify. I was ranked for that submission but no score or points given. I have no problem with the ranking. The rankings should get scores too but for me no scores or points given. Hello, when I try to submit 3DMark Sling Shot (U) 1080p Benchmark score, I get an error message: "Validation error: A valid futuremark compare url is required if want to reach the 3DMark - Sling Shot (U) 1080p Hall Of fame. As only 2 benchmark scores are better than you, you need to provide additional verification." How to submit score? There is no compare url in Sling Shot Test..

I may be missing something but my League points don't seem to add up. I got 18 global points for two benchmarks hwbot x265 1080 and 4k and it did't change my total League points didn't change but the "Top 15 Global + World Record" points do add up to what they should be. Any help is appreciated.

I'd like to run some gpu benchmarks with my surface book, but it just comes up as Geforce GPU in gpu-z and everything else except for PCMark Vantage. Futuremark's website shows it as "NVIDIA GeForce 940M (Surface Book)." GPU-Z Validation PCMark Vantage Result Would it make sense to submit 3DMark scores under the 940M category? Thanks!

My Ryzen 1600X arrived today for benching in a competition and so far I've been able to achieve some good scores, however, I keep getting errors for both X265 and GPUPI when submitting. The data file uploads fine but once I've input all the hardware info and clicked submit I then encounter the error "No client version given, required version: [x]". I'm using the most up to date versions of both benchmarks being 2.0 and 2.3.4 respectively and have even tried submitting directly through hwbot itself to make sure it wasn't oc-esports somehow preventing the submissions. I have also tried repeating benchmarks and backing down on OCs to make sure the file wasn't getting corr…

I submitted an new X265 result, and the picture and the system information I entered did not save with the submission. I have attempted to edit the submission to add the picture and fill the information out again, but when I click submit it just loads to a blank white page, and the info is not saved. The picture and system info was in the original submission, and now the submission is not compliant with the comp. that it was submitted for. Hey, i tried to submit my score a few times but i always get an error which says: "Sorry, we are experiencing temporary issues. In the current Rookie Rumble, I notice a participant who's cpuz screenshots don't display Core Voltage info. Is that allowed? If so how does one hide such info? Photoshop, or the like?

Today I've been trying to increase my 980Ti 3d mark scores and wanted to check that the LOD tweaks I've been doing are allowed, because 3dmark.com says my results are invalid due to LOD tweaks. Hi i have a very simple and quick question please , can any hwbot staff or moderators clarify on unlocked shaders/units on VGA please ? Uploaded some nothing special mediocre air scores on RX 460 card (regular 896 shaders , Asus Strix with flashed unlocked BIOS) and was told by someone i have to submit in RX 460 1024 shareds section instead . I did check the box " I have unlocked this videocard, and use more cores/shaders/... than factory enabled. " while submitting . . Very confused now and almost feeling guilty , as the card is regular 896 shaders out from box . So what one should do in cases like that , when unlocking shaders/units that where not factory enable…

I'm wondering if some can help me identify which submissions of mine have been removed so i can work out what I've done wrong? I dropped almost 20 points (i think) last week and then another 8 points in the last few days. Not sure why and I'd expect a message or notification explaining which submission and a reason but haven't had any at all since creating my account. Thanks in advance for any assistance..
