I've done all my LN2 scores for my CPU with Benchmate (which I can't go back and try them again vanilla as both the mobo and CPU are dead from a popped mosfet). Under the submissions there's Benchmate scores and non-Benchmate scores. Am I required to submit all my scores under the Benchmate submissions or can I just go ahead any submit them under the regular non-benchmate scores as well? Reason being I've been able to get #1 spots in both categories. And under Benchmate only scores there's only like 1 or 2 other submissions but non-Benchmate scores have like 30 submissions. So really there'd be more bragging rights if I could just submit them under the non-…

I am trying out a vpn today and uploaded 3 subs, after an hour they haven't scored, all are at zero yet they are definately higher than previous. why are my points not credited?

Howdy! I think my points may need to be recalculated and it appears the button is disabled temporarily in our profiles. I may not be adding it up correctly, tried to self educate but there are a lot of posts out there. Please correct me if I am wrong but I think that my season points are supposed to be (Top 10 Comp Points + Top 15 Global Points + Top 30 Hardware Points) = Season 2020 Points. So for me that should be (0+39.6+85.2)= 124.8, but at the moment my points are 19.6 for the season. My career points have a similar issue I think, sitting at 19.6 but the Top 30 global points + top 60 hardware points = 154.9. Or am I way off in how it is calculated? …

There seems to be an error in the calculation for the points in this category. There is a jump in points between place 202 which receives 15,7 points and place 203 which receives 22,4points. The scoring of my result is also strange: nr. 325 --> 17,3 points nr. 326 --> 10,2 points (my result) nr. 327 --> 17 points I tried to recalculate the ranking, but nothing changed Could somebody look into this and fix it, or at least explain to me why this is? aperacer

I got a message that one of my submissions was "checked by a moderator" and was missing the 3DMark verification link. I totally appreciate the check, and I missed sticking the link in the submission. I have the verification link to add to the submission, but I am not able to edit that submission. I am likely missing something obvious, but I wasn't able to find anything in the rules or through search. Any help is much appreciated. Hi i have uploaded a lot of scores the last 60 hours. Normally scores refresh atleast every 24 hours. I am not considering the competition scores here as i know it might follow a different pattern. Meanwhile i see it is the same for other users including Elite so i am not alone but its not fun uploading with no change.. Regards,

I submitted my Cinebench R20 score to HWBOT. Then after 48+ hours, i made another score better than the previous one. But there is one problem. I can't change it. This morning I submitted an XTU result run on my 2014 Macbook Pro Retina 15". I have submitted a number of results from this machine in the past. This morning the System declared that my submission was from an "engineering Sample" or unreleased hardware. Not sure what is going on. This machine has submitted a number of XTU results before. @Leeghoofd I can understand the block for some of the submissions, my fault i didn't see that i need to use benchmate. But for prime 32m, cinebench 2003 there is no benchmate restriction. Also for winrar you said "win 7 sub only", at rules page i didn't see any restriction... For cinebench r20 there are no rules. For all the other submissions you can cleary see there is win10 subs without benchmate... Wait for your response.

Hi, i'm new to the HWBOT site, and i submitted a few scores, in the Cinebench R15 test. After i submitted them I saw a red 2 by the reported box at the top, but when i click on it i get this message: Sorry, an error occured while rendering this page: DETAILS: Error message: org.apache.torque.NoRowsException: Failed to select a row. I hope someone can help me resolve this, and if i need to add information to the scores i provided, because i did not put some details such as memory timings down. Thanks.

So I decided to put my AMD Ryzen 9 3950X through it's paces over the weekend with some Dry Ice. All of my submissions was accepted without an issue except for PC Mark 10 Extended run as it falls within the top 10 runs for this benchmark. Now I really do not understand why it fails as the link I added is from 3D Mark website for submissions and show clearly accepted or approved.
