General overclocking

I am applying for sponsorship for an air cooled rig to bench. They want to know if their logo could be submitted as one of the "system Photos" so that it appears when anybody views the benchmark result. I would be grateful for an answer asap. Thanks Will

I saw that the posts with triple crossfile cards dont gain any points. Do you know why?? I have two 4890 asus cards, and am thinking to bye one more only for bench proposes. But with no points to gain is not worth it...Yes???

Will the info thats in the 1st post of each scanned thread be kept up to date or will it all be allowed to slip? The 1st post info is good for in-house competition as well as giving us info on the inter-team leaderboard for that bench Cheers!

Hello, is there a possibility to delete old scores, which are "checked by moderator"? The bell is grey and the trash symbol is not there... So how can I clean up our profile (delete out of date scores)? I think PN or mail a moderator to do this is a bit excessive... so is there a way to do it for our own? THANKS !!!

I have been submitting some scores and it struck me as odd that there was only one other person that had submitted scores as well. I noticed that there are two catagories for the : Phenom II X4 965 BE

Hi guys, I'd just thought I could maybe push this idea to you mads/admins. But as the current situation as to what is happening to the 3D scores I think it would be more interesting and more friendly to all the members here if we tried to split the SLi/Crossfire scores. As you ask if we use 2x, 3x or 4x cards in the multi card of the 3D benchmarks we could maybe split the catagories to several global areas. I guess I really never noticed it as I never really read up on the rules of hardware sharing as it was something I never really thought about as I assumed it meant pretty much if it's not your hw then you can't post/submit results with it on the bot. Recently, there was a submission that was done with hw that got my attention and forced me to really read the rules and I was enlightened on the fact specifically that someone can use another person's CPU for 3D benchmarks. I am asking that at least some discussion be brought up in regards to this matter for future submissions as I can see this potentially becoming an issue....raw power of a CPU is the heaviest factor…

Can some1 change my username to Spacemaster plase?

Any overclock I do makes the FPS in 3dmark 06 from getting too low. When I go back to stock frequency and restart the FPS become normal. Can be a simple overclock (from 4 GHz) or extreme overclocking (more than 5 GHz). Every overclock i did turn the FPS a disaster just increase the frequency and performance drops too I'm using a Core i7 965 Extreme and it is stable at any overclock cited (HT on, all cores). Somebody can hel me? Sometimes this happened When the Wprime run OK, its 25% - 50% -75% - 100% and the time is much better. I did try Windows XP, Vista 32 ? 64 Bits. The system is 100% ok Stability (with or without overclock / HT on or off ) My processor I did have this problem with another systems and i know a friends that haves the same problem. Hi guys.. For mobile 8600 there is only "Geforce 8600M GT" .. But there is a huge population of ddr2 and ddr3 cards.. I have a ddr2 card and have no change among the ddr3 cards.. I see some cards are categorized according their memory types.. I think there should also be a ddr2 category for a fair challenge..

Hi guys, I just wanted to ask is it legit to enter an unlocked AMD X2 550 BE into the result of SPI wP etc? Reason i ask is, yes they are still a 550, but using 4 cores gives them an unfair advantage in tests like wP. Just wondering if thats allowed? Should they be given there own category or placed elsewhere? If your like me who has a locked one of these, or a 720 or similar and don't have a board that can unlock one of the lesser Ph.II's, its hard to get up the ranking. You spend ages working hard beating the scores and your own, only to find that you have been beaten by someone who has enabled ACC to unlock an extra 2 cores to help in the tests. These benchies …
