June 19, 201410 yr Massman already clarified that only the passport is important and not the country/state of residence. So if you are from Wales you will participate for the UK.

Â That's the problem...but in my case I see the budget side of the contest with only the cost of the 290x Lightning I can buy all the hardware for class B. Â Any way, I am pretty sure that is almost impossible for me to get a ticket but my hobby is the OC and I do this at this time for fun and for learn a little more, maybe in future I can go to the final with a ticket.
