ok, third 6700K CPU (after second chip = RMA)

L519C192, VID = 1.248V (seems promising). Test will be done with Gelid Tranquillo in first stage.

Rest 8 junk,some can boot 5 ghz 1.50V some can't,wtf is Intel thinking...

 

To sum up,from 30 pieces i have 2 good clockers and 2 decent cpu's. Rest ALL JUNK.

Hopefully you can help me out here... I can boot 5G at ~1.40V or so but I can't get it CB stable to save my life. Any ideas?

 

EDIT: CPU is not delidded but temps don't even go above 70°C.

Still delid,usually 5g boot 1.40 will do cb r15 possibly at 1.50V but your temps are too high in that case and skylake loves under 65...

Guess it's getting a delid then! What kind of silicone do you use to seal it back up?

Hey Guys, how are these low voltage 5GHz chips going when under ln2? Is binning on air like this a good way to find a decent ln2 chip?
