Hey guys. I just got a I3 4360 and tried it in my Impact board but all I get at boot is a 00 code. I updated my bios to 1402 and still get the 00 boot code. I can get into bios and I even tried the default settings. But when I exit the bios I still get the 00 code. Any ideas? Do I need a Z97 board? Thanks.

Hy together, I actuely be in the planing phase of my project "Warmachine", but I have the problem that I don't know wich Rams I can use. Does anybody knows, if I can 8GB Rams with the SR-2? And does anybody knows wich ones I can tact with 933-1000/1866-2000MHz and CL 6-7. Sam OCX said me, that he mean that the tRFC can make problem with 8 GB rams. I read that I cann't tune this. So my question is, help a Bios Update? The Rams comes under water, for the optic and the OC potencial. So I prefer Corsair Dominator GT, but it also can be Rams from an other manufacterer, but I will prefer the cheaper ones. -------- If someone interessted to my Worklog, here you can…

Hi guys i have one question! I have found an old mainboard (PC Chips M585LMR with VIA MVP4-VT8501) it's a supersocket 7 mainboard that has VIA MVP4 Northbridge with Trident Image 3D IGP On hwbot I have found only this "Blade 3D" (is an gpu with agp 2x card) with 105mhz and code 1023-9880 http://hwbot.org/submission/2411189_christian_ney_3dmark2001_se_blade_3d_439_marks/ But my Trident Blade 3D doesn't work at 105mhz but only 57mhz and have a different code "1023-8400" and is not a gpu agp 2x card but an IGP card like this: http://hwbot.org/submission/2179773_retromayday_3dmark2001_se_blade_3d_110_marks/ So is possible to add this new type of IGP? Retro…

Hi all we have 3 categories of 8600GT here @hwbot: http://hwbot.org/hardware/videocard/geforce_8600_gt_128mb_gddr3/ http://hwbot.org/hardware/videocard/geforce_8600_gt_256mb_gddr3/ http://hwbot.org/hardware/videocard/geforce_8600_gt_512mb_gddr3/ As far as I understand the only difference is memory size. Can I submit results with 128mb card to 256mb category? I beleive these cards may be merged as they are quite the same and i don't want loose hwboints just because someone thinks that 256M cards have an advantage over 128mb cards in memory intensive tests.

Hello ppl I have a problem with my Asus Maximus Formula (x38); the motherboard works perfectly (tested in overclock with a core duo e7400) Now I'm using a Pentium 4 (520), the strange thing is that vcore in auto mode, is 1,2v+ if I manually set the vcore from bios, cpu goes downvolt, even by setting 1.8v in the bios, cpu-z display it in to 1.14v, less than vcore default the temperature of the CPU remains unchanged, so do not think it's a bug of cpu-z hot to solve this? i have the last bios version...any solution? this is may configuration Asus Maximus formula p4 520 curcial ballistix tracer led 1066 2x1gb Sry for my bad english

The L3014 is listed as a Conroe CPU on HWBot but I'm not sure how correct that actually is since it looks a lot more like a Wolfdale CPU to me. The reason I say this is because the chip is built on a 45nm process, it includes SSE4.1 which the E6*** series didn't and it also has 3MB L3 Cache per core like wolfdale does as apposed to the 2MB on the conroe CPU. Even the Q1 08 release date makes it seem like a wolfdale CPU. Just curious and open to discussion

Hi, guys. Noob signing in, with a couple questions... First, my rig's a from-the-box Clevo P370SM laptop, which sometimes is and sometimes is not used with a Cooler Master NotePal X3 laptop cooling pad. How do I label my cooling in this case? Do I still get to claim stock since there's been no modification to the system and I'm just using plug-and-play USB accessories, or do I need to report the X3 even when I'm not using it, or only when I am? Second... comparing the profiles that outscore me on the same system and CPU (i7-4700MQ) I notice that they all have the following changes made that I don't: Core Voltage: mine Default V, theirs 0 V Processor Cache Vol…

Here the newest Nvidia ROG Matrix card from Asus, the ROG GTX 780 Ti Matrix. The card is still under NDA, but here already some nice pictures for you guys. This week I will test him to see what he is capable off. First step will be to test the card to the max on air, after that I will put him under cold. Start with my cascade and after that under LN2.

Right I have been wondering this for a while and I never really knew the answer to it. Can anyone tell my exactly what causes a CBB or CB to happen on one chip and not on the other and what the cause of said cold bug may be. I don't mean the whole "it turns it into a super conductor thing" I mean why is it that you can have a 22nm Ivy CPU that might cold bug at -230c with LHe and then you get a 22nm Haswell CPU made from the same sort of tech that might cold bug at 100c lower than that (-130c). If anyone knows why or has a rough idea then please feel free to post Lewis.

Hi guys, I have a problem with the MSI Gaming R9 290x, when I make overclocking safe values, for example: 1180/1300 Mhz, with air passing some Benchmarks I monitor enters a power-saving state and the screen goes without nothing to show. A which may be due? We perform two tools OC overclocking, the MSI AB Beta and the latest version of GPU Tweak Shamino. I managed to spend some Benchmark but I have this error hanging around my PC. Any help is welcome, thanks guys.

Noticed that mine 4960X cant work with any Nvidia cards in first PCI-E slot x16. In second PCI-E x16 slot it works. Strange is that ATI cards work in both but at first runs at x8 not x16, if two cards are nstaled in slots x16 one and two first card runs at x8 and second at x16. This is with Rampage IV Black with latest bios. I tryed 4930K and all NV or ATI cards run normal. Any ideas why or its CPU itself ? Setting Gen 1 to 3 for slots dont help.

Guys I need some help identifying a performance problem. I am on my 6th video card 290x , out of the first five only one was able to go to 1300 core on LN2 also it did 1290 on cold water weird it clocks almost the same in LN2 and water. I juts received video card number 6 yesterday and I quickly mounted an EK full cover water block. ASIC 76.9 , Elpida Memory , flash PT3 Bios and away I go testing this new one. The card runs at 1345Mhz core 1670Mhz memory on water , just plain water not cold or chilled , at 1.387v in Asus GPU Tweak in DMM 1.43v real. No mods yet. The card scales very well with voltage , and max temperatures while running heaven is 42c core , vrm 1 is 34c …

I understand on intel to use SSE3 and set specific thread counts but come on....how can scores be so different at the exact same clocks running the exact same hardware... This is not a skill bench its a luck bench and IMO that is a waste for getting points in the CPU category. On the other hand HWBPrime is excellent! I just dont get how this UCbench program was selected to get points.... Maybe someone can fill me in.
