Thank you guys! :) @george Actually was running a bit below -60c, almost 70c. Gpu seems to still scale from more volts, but not sure if its a good idea past this point

For me Elmor BIOS also caused blackscreen. Already had LN2 pot on the GPU at time of flashing Didnt backup the original BIOS, so will have to download from second GPU. Do you maybe know which string is related to OTP? Maybe what needs to be done? Reference RX480, not aftermarket.

I have a few modern ES mobile CPU's (9th and 8th gen) none of them is unlocked.(even engineering BIOS doesn't help even thou everything is unlocked in it) However I have managed to unlock a few Haswell mobile chips in past using old uCode (there was a bug in old uCode which allowed to unlock Mutliplier beyond usual values).

Oh yes! You finally did it! Killer results man! :)
