Â The system was rock stable all the time... no issues for CPU and RAM and no issues for other validations only moments before. Â So the score will not be valid with this kind of validation remark? It's a bug from XTU and I also found no way to get it running, even after hours of testing, installing several/different OS etc.!  The graph for CPU Mhz should be enough... it has to be OK or 80% of the XTU results will be invalid!
