Â Ian; The Canadian GP is 2AM 10th in Taiwanese time, should be sportsbars around, if not, then any English or Irish pub with a bit of selfrespect WILL turn the TV onto the chan, but beware, Guinness is crap once being outside GB. Â -- As for me: I am NOT going on the 'maybe' or going list yet, I have only sorted practical stuff so far, financial is not in order yet, and I myself am not putting anything official before having confirmation. Dates are not 100% certain before friday.  But what I am looking at, arrival: A) 16th May B) 20th May  Departure: A) 8th June, 10:35PM B) 14th June - Unfortunately for me its pretty certain to be 8th.  That means, put me in 'considering' or nothing yet, untill friday. TSA is the local airport (also connections to Japan and Korea, I think).  From TPE to Taipei city is about 40 to 60 minute drive by taxi and costs about TWD $1000 (~ €25). I am not sure about this but 3 weeks ago i booked frankfurt tpe for 1110 swiss francs , last week were 990 and 4 days ago were 875, now 793 ...maybe next week 600 ?
