The key to score high in XTU is stability + efficiency of mems, mostly settings from SuperPI 32M are also good for XTU. Of course you can't use "slow mode trick" cause your score would be lower about 50-60 points from my testing and HT is your friend. Real clocks on screenshot.

 

Mem voltage 2.4v (max from bios M6E) but XTU doesn't need high stability on mems.

Slow trickwill give you much lower score.. noticed the same thing :). Really nice score. :) was doing 6gh and only getting 1431.. basically you get the same score you would at 300mhz stable.
