I voted APUs but dGPUs are more in the spirit of cheapaz because you can hardmod them. Something like GTX950 would be interesting, already cheap enough to be cheapaz but otherwise quite modern in terms of bench support etc. I don't know why the HD5450 is getting so much love, didn't we just have Freezer Burn?

Previously it was configured so that it would switch your preference to whichever division you last subbed in - that was overrideable in your profile though, I doubt this has changed with Rev. 8 tbh. The dropdown menu is still there:

Now it's sounding like HEDT is allowed too in Division I. That would mean 28/32-core chips sweep these comps (except the Cinebench stage) ?.

I don't see much of a difference between Div I and II at the moment, as currently worded I would predict many people simply clocking down 100 MHz on the same platform and subbing in both comps.

Well points only counted in World (now Career) ranking for one of the comps however OC-Esports ranking counted all of them (now called Seasonal). Would be nice to have them count consistently across both rankings.

Great idea to split up 2D and 3D like that, was always a big ask to get both done well and in time. Will the same 1 division per user restriction apply as in previous years?
