So does intel cherry pick retail chips for benchers?

 

This chip straight from intel marketing.

yes, doa cpu. will only run single chan if the stick is furthest away from cpu. this was a bnib, unopened, bought retail from frys.

Interesting fact: our average binning speed (leeghoofd and me) was 1 every 5 minutes.

so does someone have a super computer we can punch all these numbers into to find out if batch means anything? Maybe the 4th number of the serial number plus 5 x .873 equals a prime number its a good chip?

Nowadays, my local Micro Center looks like Luxor Las Vegas where I can gamble for 5 minutes with a 2600K on 50/50 odds. Lol
