We'll have no commitments or expectations other than our own. A party for benchers by benchers! Hi Folks! Welcome to the official sign-up page for the Summer 2017 Northeast LN2 get-together and party! We had an outstanding time last year so hopefully this year's will be even better! Meet old and new friends, put faces to the nicks, learn a lot, bench like crazy and generally have a great time. All are welcome! Based on feedback and last year's experience, this year we'll be holding the party at a venue in downtown Philadelphia. Should make it a lot easier for people who're flying in as well as giving more to do locally for spouses and other not-interested-in-overclocking-but-there-nonetheless people. This year, we'll also be doing 3 full benching days. Hotel check-ins will start Thursday afternoon. The ln2 will be delivered Friday morning and we'll be benching Friday morning through around 5pm on Sunday. Again...last year was a major blast! Hopefully you'll be there! I'm about a 1 hr drive from city center. I've got thermos and a CPU pot. and an open air benching station and a few other bits that can help. Please let us know if somehow, some way you could also do the other weekend. Just trying to find any flexibility to make it work for the most people possible. Going to write something up for Corsair this coming week. Hopefully they give us the thumbs up. If not, we may be back in Harrisburg and have to fund it ourselves. If it comes to that I'll post up quotes for both Philly and Harrisburg venues and we take a vote. If everyone tried to get at least 1 more person, I think it'd get us to the right attendance range. Lets get dates figured out so I can book a flight, the price has already gone up $30 in last 2 weeks. Since I'll mot likely be flying el cheapo Frontier airlines probably wont get to bring much. I'd guess whatever I can fit in carry-on, maybe 2 mobo's, one pot, few cpu's, 2d gpu, maybe 980ti kpe or legacy w/ mods, several kits of psc, sammy, bbse, hypers etc. possibly psu in checked luggage. Most likely splitting room with Strong Island whatever days he'll be there and trying to figure out the rest since only affordable flights leave on Thursdays and return home either Sunday noonish or Tuesday same time.
