bartx Posted August 23, 2017 Posted August 23, 2017 Hello everyone, Time to post something new in this section I'd like to show my latest cascade build. Took me a lot of time to make this, but finally build come to an end. It's big, noisy and powerful. I was able to reach -97C @ 360W load and -94C @ 400W. Should be enough for modern cpus... for some time Enjoy Quote

Guest Wimpzilla Posted August 24, 2017 Posted August 24, 2017 Awesome build, awesome perfs, neat DIY quality skills! Who care if it consume a lot and it is noisy? Just looking at it is enough to make you forget everything else, than stick a cpu under the block. Thanks you for sharing, if we can have a live demo it would be even better! Quote
phobosq Posted August 31, 2017 Posted August 31, 2017 Well done, Bartek, I hope you push something hard in the near future Quote
TASOS Posted August 31, 2017 Posted August 31, 2017 What's that black rounded tank next to the control panel for ? Quote
bartx Posted August 31, 2017 Author Posted August 31, 2017 Expansion tank - to keep 2nd stage static pressure in safe range. Quote
filmbot Posted September 1, 2017 Posted September 1, 2017 Not sure the last time I've seen a cascade build. Awesome unit and VERY clean! Quote

funsoul Posted September 3, 2017 Posted September 3, 2017 (edited) Gorgeous beast of a cascade bartdude! Super clean build man...love the control panel. Wouldn't say overkill....that load handling is awesome and enough for even big chips I think. Also think it'd be great for vga action. It does make me a little jelly and lonely...hoping to get mine back sometime soon. Edited September 3, 2017 by funsoul Quote
wiLLius Posted September 4, 2017 Posted September 4, 2017 Very awesome piece of machinery Bartx Quote
SoF Posted October 10, 2017 Posted October 10, 2017 (edited) What a beauty beast! If you need some cheap spare parts / cascade for building another one just send me a PM - still have my old lady I don't use anymore and this would be a perfect base for another build.
