Nothing special here. That is publicly available bios from asrock website. X299 ocf has two asmedia sata ports which allow you to run IDE mode. XP works no problem.

no just 1.20 bios from asrock.com clear cmos before changing to skyx 

Splave! How the heck did you make those memories go 12-11-11-28? Whoa?! I have 4400Mhz and 4600Mhz all I can do is 14-14-14-28.... What voltage did you give VCCSA, VCCIO and DRAM?
