FireKillerGR
Sorry to jump in but if I recall correctly $@eg@ (properly typing this was always an issue ) was caught by Allen for cheating on hwbot x265 (I really dont remember if it was done elsewhere). Nothing tied to Country Cup 2016. There was no winning decision reversed, or Greece cheating in 2016. We were never informed of such thing. Actual issue was that CC '16 was left unlocked, so even tho $@eg@ was banned months after ( if not year + ) deleting all his scored impacted the ranking of the competition. Enjoy 2019 and congrats to the winners of CC '18. Definitely the comp that requires the maximum both effort and skill-wise Edited December 31, 2018 by FireKillerGR
Guest
Greece that year they smashed it. I can see the other perspective of sliding into 2nd place. Like an effect / fault. We can never know if other scores manipulated. Keep it real don't cheat. Cannot beat someones score too bad. ______ Would love to see a competition as big like this one ... water cooled or chilled water. More members can get involved. I know it would be an impossible as some would have single stage & screenshot another rig pic ... but I could hope a even playing field. yosarianilives
I didn't contribute as much as planned but so glad that we could have this competition and looking forward to the next one. Definitely had fun with the stages I benched, definitely need to revisit am3+ 32m since I had a 101.4f fever when I benched that so session ended early.
acm_fan
Hello! Need help to found two our (Ukraine) submissions: 1) 4770k @5050 MHz LGA 1150 Da__rk 256.75 (1027) http://hwbot.org/submission/3985708_ (https://hwbot.org/competition/hwbot_country_cup_2018/stage/4415_cinebench_-_r15/core_-_8_subs_required) 2) ABIT IS7-E 865PE Socket 478 MykolayZack 305.4 MHz http://hwbot.org/submission/4005894_ (https://hwbot.org/competition/hwbot_country_cup_2018/stage/4417_maximum_reference_frequency_-_6_subs_required) It was a good competition with great rivalry. Don’t know how the database lost it.

Don’t know how the database lost it. Benching Devils Canyon on Win10 with Cinebench is not allowed due to possible RTC bug, so that score was removed and pretty sure the freq sub also was not compliant to the competition rules. acm_fan
What competition rules are you meaning? It’s just HWBOT Reference Frequency:https://hwbot.org/news/1588_application_18_rules/ Or https://hwbot.org/competition/hwbot_country_cup_2018/stage/4417_maximum_reference_frequency_-_6_subs_required ! We have a same result (better) in this year, it’s old school hw, no needed to be cheat with (and / or how it’s possible?). https://hwbot.org/submission/4295413_mykolayzack_reference_frequency_is7_e_310.24_mhz
Crew Leeghoofd Posted January 2, 2020 Author Crew Share Posted January 2, 2020 It could have been anything regarding the ref score why it was removed. Maybe your guys forget a CPUZ tab or the screenshot deviated more than 3% of the CPUZ link clock, maybe even the image was corrupt. Maybe even I made an error and removed it. No clue why you bring this up now, a year after the facts.

No clue why you bring this up now, a year after the facts. Because it is not regular commit. It cost 3rd place and such deletion should be completed at least with discussion (and better, publicly). "year after the facts" ==> we are looking for some facts.
Crew Leeghoofd Posted January 2, 2020 Author Crew Share Posted January 2, 2020 (edited) Next time react immediately after removal, not 365 days and +/-8000 moderated subs later.... maybe you can call Scully and Mulder to retrieve the lost and found... This is not Dr Phil either there's no public debate why a score gets removed, at best a comment is left. acm_fan
Sorry but... We have a third place after postmoderation in this event: https://www.overclockers.ua/news/hardware/2019-01-01/123577/ The case is closed and we were happy. Before this moment. When someone found — we lost one of our results without any reasons. You can uncut this submission from event if it broken rules of. However, it is dead over! So, not the event? Global rules? Rules are simple and clear as it possible for this benchmark. Here is that validation: https://valid.x86.fr/5cavee What we need to have do after made every submission? Make a video with existing submission in server? For every submission? It looks like a nightmare when admins does not know how the data delete from a base. zeropluszero
Maybe acm_fan lives in Ethiopia, which doesnt recognise the Gregorian calendar, and to him, the date is currently ዓርብ ታህሳስ 24 /2012, and Greece hasnt won yet. Dont worry, Australia wins every year after that, so there's the preview.
