I.nfraR.ed
Looks like BFG 9800GT OCX to me. Some Gainward models have separate heatsink as well. Edited October 21, 2012 by I.nfraR.ed

K404
Ok, this is a new low for me. Got a card. Pretest- works fine, some OC Voltmod it- Blackscreen Sits in the garage for 3 days while I work on other things Remove voltmods Works fine. Go to re-attach voltmods with different trimmer values....... I finally notice that NO, I didn't attach the trimmer to the vGDDR controller........ I'd soldered it across the BIOS chip. Wow. Bobnova
rofl. Now THAT is creative. If it makes you feel better I tinned some random 10pin chip on a 7300le, guess I noticed in time that it wasn't the brains...

TaPaKaH
could have been worse, this could have been a cherry 1100MHz+ G80 card

K404
Voltmodded a card, went to pre-test it and discovered that ALL the trimmers had broken wipers. The chances of that happening are tiny! Thankfully open-circuit, not short-circuit.
