Hola  @_mat_ , amigo i'm having errors with benchmate even on fresh new w10 and w7 installation. On benchmate 0.10..7.1 i get hwinfo error always and other error , no matter if i change any timer. i updated hwinfo thru benchmate and still the same :( , not running any other stand alone hwinfo or program , just the one in benchmate is installed. With latest benchmate 0.10.7.2 i always get this error MSVCP120.dll missing , i tried to repair visual studio 2015 , uninstall and reinstall , doing windows update and i could never get this latest benchmate running . Please help with this known issues. Thank you in advanced.

It's a bug in the latest HWiNFO version. I will contact the dev today and see if we can figure it out.

@_mat_ Just wanted to give a shout out that Benchmate seems to be working very well and want to thank you for all the effort you've dumped into it. The online submissions seem to work great and that's a plus for sure!! Keep up the good work!

lots of score to do. Mat needs a rest real life

@_mat_ , my good old friend let me know if you need some help , beta testing or troubleshooting anything related with your software benchmate.  You can count on me if you need help amigo ? .

Will need some more information to check this out.

OS, native resultion and DPI setting, plesae. Maybe some special graphics card pseudo resultion feature enabled?

Win 10.

Samsung 28" 4k.

Native 4k resolution.

No pseudo resolution enabled.

Problem is not constant.

Seems to occur mostly with cbr20 and cbr23 benchmarks.

Also either RTX 3080ti or RX6900XT do not make any difference.

HDCP ' HDMI usage also makes no difference.

Fixed.

Had to fully unistall Benchmate and manually delete all relevant folders and files and clean up registry.

Reinstalled.

Works OK now.

Thanks and apologies for the fuzz.

Strange indeed. Maybe you launched it with a special DPI setting in the shortcut? There is no BenchMate-specific setting inside the application that decides the resolution of the screenshot. That is calculated each time when the screenshot is made. But there are Windows settings that let the application believe that it runs with less DPI and therefor less desktop resolution.

Anyhow, glad you fixed it.
